Hi ...

I have a listed of 3000 numbers, is there a way to upload this exel sheet to the softconsole so the user can serach and dial use it .

There is a file named "LocalDir.csv" probably in the folder c:/users/my documents/Avaya/Softconsole/Data or in a subfolder in there which holds the phonebook of SoftConsole.
Take a look at it and add your records in the file.
