Softconsole & I Clarity Error

Avaya iclarity IP Audio has detected an internal error and must close Avaya Softconsole. (for example, this problem may occur if a network interface card is not installed or configured properly in your PC.)

I get this message when starting up Softconsole. I have replaced the NICs and re-installed softconsole, but still get this message.

Has anyone seen this before?
 
Go to Avaya support, will find a Language update patch, load the patch and your I clarity problem will disapear, good luck !!
