Softconsole 4.2.53 for installation on a Windows 10 PC, which has now been completed however we are encountering issues whenever the user tries to log in.
Although set up on the IP Office system as a 'receptionist' whenever logging in the software displays the message 'Not an authorized user'. We have checked permissions, turned off the PC firewall, run the Softconsole software with Administrator privileges but nothing seems to get us past this error.
Also, when browsing for the control unit the software reports 'No control units found' - it is only when specifically entering the IP address of the unit that the software detects it.
Any advice is greatly received!
