SoftConsole 3.2.36 Crashing

We are running SoftConsole 3.2.36, and our IP Office 406v2 is 3.2. SoftConsole has been running great for years and after the April Microsoft patch tuesday the program just randomly closes with no error, and some times it gives me an access violation error.

This is what I found in the SoftConsole.log file:

Could this be the reason for the problem? If so, any ideas on how to fix this?

Wow version 3.2, I would really push for an upgrade to a ip500 v2, you will get some great features as well, I do believe the new patch update has stopped it from working, can you uninstall that last patch and then turn off all updates?

Sometimes a MS update screw up the firewall settings. Running the Avaya FW batch file may help.

The computer running SoftConsole doesn't have Windows Firewall enabled, so that won't affect it.

Still do run the firewall batch file please.
This often helps even when it is turned off.
