When one of the reception operators transfers a call to a user or meeting room that doesn’t have voicemail or is not answered the call basically is lost or cannot be reclaim. If the call does return to reception it takes 30 seconds or more to return and then they are not able to answer the call.
Is any thing i can do to recalm these calls
