Hi,
I have an ACM running R5, the reception machine has softconsole 1.5 installed.
Historically the console software has always shown a list of calls waiting to be answered.
Something has changed and now only one call is shown eventhough the queue list shows the number of queued calls and there is an audible call waiting tone.
I would be grateful for any help.
