softconsole 1.5.3

i have a windows 2000 box connected to a callmaster 6 - the pc is running Softconsole 1.5.3 - the 10 key kepad does not work to do directory lookups - the old version of pc console on an NT box has this function. does anyone have a different integration that actually has this directory lookup functionality with 1.5.3? in the migration our customer presented that as a break/fix but apparently this is how softconsole was engineered. you can call out to numbers using the keypad but you can't use the directory lookup - the operators at this company hate the new version as it is slower to do lookups. - thanks all

Hi ,
You can obtain infos into the line above the call appearence , and into the box to the right of the call appearence .
For to do that You need to map the extension number into the directory settings ( using the master directory program ) , I tried configuring the station in this way :

Name: Marc Smith,5320 ( the maximum total lenght must be 15 chars ) .
