Soft Phone Questions 1

1. Can a soft phone have the same extension as your analog phone?

2. Any one using soft phone in a call group where calls come in and then once selection made several phones ring?

Answers-

1- Yes, the soft phone and your normal phone have the same ext number.

2- I do not see any issues with that, we have used soft phones in hunt groups and workgroups, and they all worked fine.
