Hey guys, I have a interesting problem and i am still a bit of a newbie so let me know if you guys need more info.
I have an ip office 500 v2 R 8.1(67) with a PRI. There are 10 users on the system and one user has Softphone loaded on his windows computer. The system is running Preferred edition and i have a Teleworker license loaded onto it. I can log in the user on softphone fine and everything looks to be good, but when i dial any outside number it will look like it is calling out but never ring or connect. When i look at System Status it shows the call as "Waiting for Line" and it is in ARS Main. Let me know if anyone has any advice. Thanks again.
