I have an S87xx server running R014x.00.1.731.2
We have call masters (Type:CallM6) connected to Positron P911 phone GUI. We have gone through some major changes and all the call taker extensions got "rebuilt" not the "patch" buttons no longer work. According to the call takers the "patch" button allowed them to connect their active call with a call that is on hold. Some say they could even "patch" multiple calls together. The conference button and the transfer button both work correctly but neither will allow the to connect an active call to a call that has been placed on hold.
The reason for the " around "patch" is I don't know if this is an Avaya term or a Positron term.

You will need to match the phone label with the CM programming for the voice terminal. There is not a button type for a "patch" button.

display station xxxx and look at pages 3 and higher for valid button types. Please post your question with the correct button type.

Also CallM6 is not a valid set type unless change alias station shows it mapped to a supported set type.
I would suspect alias mapping to one of the following:
602A1
603A1
603D1
603E1
603F1
606A1
607A1

CallM6 is mapped to 606A1.
That is my question about "Patch" I don't know what button type in the Avaya they would be referring to.
