Soft Key Template on 7905

Is there anyway of changing the soft key template on the 7905. When it is on hook it has a meesges button and to pick up a call you have to pick the reciver up press more then press pick up. As the users are not using voicemail they would like to have this changed to "pickup" instead of the messages key. I have tried the normal softkey layout but nothing relates to the 7905 and the message button.

For some reason you can't seem to remove that Message key on the 7905 I assume because you don't have 'hard' button for Messages. But you can make a softkey template that makes PickUp available on the first screen.
