Soft console not showing all info 1

Hello all,

I have an dual IPO systems running 9.1 software over an SCN via metro Ethernet circuit. These two systems are more or less identical.

These systems have been in place for ten years with few problems.

I have one install of Soft console running on the receptionist desk ver. 9.1.1200.3

Recently this software has stopped showing if an extension is in use and the number of messages on the remote site extensions. It does appear to show the local site extensions just fine.

Not all extensions seem affected and nothing major has changed.

Sometimes it shows properly, sometimes it doesn't.

I am not sure if this is a software bug, a Windows issue or what.

Any suggestions?

It is a PC/firewall/VPN issue blocking TFTP traffic from IPO to SoftConsole.
Running SoftConsole with the /debug start parameter may shed some light on it if you examine the generated debug file.
