Soft Console Issue

At a customer site I have the following problem:

When the user saves her profile (not as AdminTemplateX), the SoftConsole can't see the profile when the program is restarted, it can only see the AdminTeplate's...

In the profiles-directory I can see the saved profile, but the program can't...

The user is logged in as local administrator.

What do you mean "restrictions"? We log in under Administrator and password by the book. Once we edit from a default template and save the new template then log in under her user that template does not show up.

Run SoftConsole and login as Administrator/Administrator and see if you can find the profile when you are logged in as administrator.
As an Softconsole admin you don't have a connection to IP Office, you can only administer rights adn settings in SoftConsole.

It lets us from Admin but doesn't appear on user. We installed this on our laptop to see if we could rule out PC issue and in fact there was a "cannot locate file" error tech did not inform me about during the install. On the laptop it ran fine so this is a PC issue. Thanks.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Avaya\IP400\SoftConsole

C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\Avaya\IP 400\SoftConsole\Profiles\<extension>\<filename>.pfs
