Soft Console dropping

I have a G3R Definity running SR 9 that intermittently drops the softconsole. Sometimes a reboot of the softconsole machine will fix and other times seems like nothing we do will fix this. Avaya has looked at this with no positive results. Was wondering if anyone else was having issues with softconsole and if they did did SR 10 which is what avaya is planning to move us to take care of it.
