Soft Client On diff VLAN(CC6)

Hi frens,

Just a quick question I have newly installed CC6 CCMS CCMA and I could able to login and do all the admin work from the CC6.0 CLAN . But If i try to access the CCMA from a different VLAN my connection to the CCMS shows orange in color i.e client unable to connect to CCMS.

But I can login properly into the CCMA from that VLAN with my IE6 and can see well real time displays but can access Historical report, contact centermgmt ,Configuration.
The two VLANs are on two diff baystack 1468T

Appriciate if anybody put some attension to this.

Hi Sorry its a printing mistake.I cannot access contact center mgmt, configuration and other stuffs..

Have you given yourself permissions to view contact center mgmt, configuration, etc?

Can you ping the hostname of the ccms and ccma from all vlans concerned?

Thanks i have resolved it .

need to add Ip address and computer name in the HOST file in the system32/drivers/etc. of all the PC that are in different subnet..
