Good day colleagues
Does anyone know if there is a known issue with in-band dialing from the IP Office Video Softphone, One X Portal and Avaya Flare for IP Office? We are currently on 8.1.69. We are able to navigate within Voicemail Pro but are not able to enter Auth Codes when the system requests them.
If this indeed a known issue, is there a work-around? or is there a version that fixes this?
