Soemthing wrong with my browser

Somehting haapened to My IE 4.0 or 5.0 all of the webpage that i look at the text is super big.

What can i do to get things back to regular, it is not my screen area settings they are just like normal and my desktop is sized like normal just my browsers text is too big.
