Soemthing wrong with my browser

Somehting haapened to My IE 4.0 or 5.0 all of the webpage that i look at the tect is super big.

What can i do to get things back to regular, it is not my screen area settings they are just like normal and my desktop is sized like normal just my browsers text is too big.

It seems to be that when certain games are run, they will change the text size of IE.
I play Tribes, and once in a while after playing for a while, it will change my IE font size and arrange all the icons on my desktop in order.
