SOE - VM Embedded

When somebody calls inbound, it plays announcment (hi, you called ... ) and after that it goes directly to operator, without pressing any key.

I know this can be done with VM PRO, but I need to know if it's possible on VM Embedded....

You can try to use the huntgroup first anouncment look how long you are in Que.
Then program a overflow to a other huntgroup.
With a little playing with the overflow grouplist,i think you can do it.

this feature will be avaliable in march on version 3. we are using it on a trial site works well

I've read in Embedd. VM Instalation for V3.0, that it will support Maximum Inactivity, before transfering to fallback extension, but these value won't be lower than 5 seconds. I need 0 to 1 second


I'll try what big70 recommended...
