SOE stuck in Offline Upgrdae Mode

hi guys i have an SOE with 4.2 on it, system status says unit is in "OFFLINE UPGRADE MODE", monitor also says PRN: System Offline.

most things work except VM and MOH and i can log into it using manager but the unit also reboots itself every 5 mins...

is there a way i can make it system "online" via DTE?

Login with DTE and type:

at
at-debug
erasenvconfig
eraseconfig
reboot

It is works then you have a working system, if not then it broken
