SOE 5420 not booting up 2

I'm working on an SOE only 2 lines and a few 5410 sets for a little office.

All the 5410s work just fine and I tried adding a 5420 but it keeps saying PLEASE WAIT.

They are happy with the SOE system and don't want to upgrade but wanted a larger handset with more buttons for reception.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

It mainly depends on the SOE release version, at those times the 54xx phones changed firmware from R5 to R6, you had to activate Manager as a TFTP server and launch a batch file included in the Manager folder. what about SOE, it's 4.x software or earlier?

Let's say that customers are "business enemies", how can a company (even if small sized) work with a 18 years old stuff? How long will you take to set it up in terms of costs considering that a new IPO it costs just a few cookies?
