Anyone had any luck creating the socks 5 DLL and registering it? If so do you know where I can get a copy of it so I can add a socks 5 application filter?

I have Isa server 2000 installed in intergrated mode. It is the gate way to the internet. It also host our domain, and exchange server. My problem is that I have been black listed by spamhous and the tell me that I have an open proxy. How do I close it ? Please help.
