Is there any third party or government software that allows you to match up SS# and drivers license numbers to verify and individual? I'm doing some work for a FI and they need a way to verify that the SS# entered for new accounts actually matches up with the name?

There are a number of issues with your request. First of all, what do you do if someone doesn't have a drivers license? Believe it or not, this is not all too uncommon.
