SOAP RPC Router?

Looking for any relevent links and or examples of SOAP clients accessing SOAP RPC Router calls. I have coded many SOAP interfaces using normal Web Services.wsdl, However This one has me stumped and the WebService providor is offering no assistance except service calls and SOAP envelope information. Using my limited knowledge coding for WebServices I have gotten nowhere on this project.

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
