Just discovered that all the windows 2000 users can't use the new programme version as it now uses soap. Which doesn't seem to be installed. They seem to be missing the mssoap folder which the xp users have.
Does anyone know if all I need to do is to install the Microsoft Soap Toolkit to fix this little problem?

Transpire I didn't need the mssoap stuff in the first place.
