So8 Part 2

Ok we got the So8 to send trafic to go to the fax server card using some test software from Brooktrout which shows when you run this software shows the fax coming in and that the card has recived the fax. So the problem is with the fax server software.

But were only using 801 which is the first port on the So8 module. I want to have all calls forwarded to port 802 if the 2 channels in 801 port is busy. how do you setup this overflow


Solution to part 1 was the help file in manager type fax server and follow the help file.


Basically we used a analogue port to forward the digits to the fax server card and test software.

change the outgoing line group ID of line 802 to match that of 801.

you now have 4 channels available, repeat as req.

Thanks i worked that out earlier the outgoing and incoming pathis 801 on the 4 channels and 2 ports on the So8 module
