I have a 412 on Version 3 DT with 7XDT 30 1X Phone 30 and on So8 Module. The 412 has 2 Dual PRI with 3 ISDN 30 Lines in the back.

I set up a short code for the FAX numbers for the fax Server

SC 1517
TN 9517
LG 1001
F Dial

The So8 Module runs from Line 1001 - 1008 etc

INCOMING CALL ROUTE
TN 9517
DES 1517

UNDER LINE iNCOMING AND OUTGOING IS 1001 AND WE ARE ONLY USING THE FIRST PORT ON THE S08

WHEN A CALL HIT THE PHONE SYSTEM IN CALL STATUS I COMES IN ON LINE 2 OR 5 OR 6 IT NEVER HITS THE S08 MODULE I DID ONE OF THESE LAST WEEK AND IT WORKS FINE.

WHEN YOU PLACE A TREND ON THE SO8 YOU CAN MAKE A CALL

HELP
?

Do you have any Least Cost Routing on the system

If so the short code will be passed to the LCR for processing & change the line group.
you will need to add these codes into LCR to work correctly.

Yah you got that right, Found that out this morning the LCR code matched the short code and is now working when you remove it crazy.

Thanks

not quite crazy, anything with a feature of Dial is passed on to the LCR & processed again. but i can cause problems if you dont watch for it (took me ages to spot the 1st time)

You don't actually have to remove any lcr codes - just copy the 'dial' code into the lcr table. Eg. s/c 9517,1517,dial,1001 needs to be copied exactly in to the lcr list.
