When we disallow a user from processing a "RETURN" document type in Sales Order Transaction entry (i.e. Transactions > Sales > Sales Transaction Entry), it still allows them to do a RETURN in Receivables Transaction Entry (i.e Transactions > Sales > Transaction Entry).

Should this be the case? Is there a way to disallow RETURNS in EITHER module?

The Document Access security is only for the distribution modules. ie. SOP and POP.

You could use VBA or Dex to restrict Returns in Receivables.

Yep... as you probably know, we saw that answer elsewhere as well...
