SO UDF import w/VI

I'm trying to setup an import into the Sales Order header UDF. I have an email address field I have created there. When I go into VI import, I do not see the SO header UDF table. I see the SO line UDF table. I looked in there anyway and that is not it.
Anyone got any ideas?

If it is an existing import you will not see it. You would need to create a new import from scratch.

Yes, I'm trying to make a new import from scratch and do not see the header UDF table. I forgot to mention the version is 4.05, if that makes any difference.

If you scroll all the way to the bottom it should be the very last field in the list of fields.
