SO/Invoice Printing - cant change the default printer

I have several people using Mas 200 version 4.2 that when printing a sales order or invoice the default printer is the deferred printing option. They can change in manually each time, and if they keep SO Entry open the printer they chose will remain as the default, but once they close SO Entry, or the next day for example, the default printer reverts back to deferred printing. This is only for specific individuals - other users/workstations settings do not change or revert back.
