So I have a number off my CS 1000 forwarding to a central office number. It is a phantom 500, DCFW to the CO number. Can I have that forward to the CO number, but have it land in a mailbox off my system on a no answer/busy? This is what it is built like;

If you request the CO to Forward No Answer, then yes. Once it leaves your PBX, it is up to the phone company. I've done what you are asking and it works.

So the CO would FNA to what? My 5576 is a DID forwarding to a flat business line. Are you saying that the business line needs teh FNA to land in my call pilot?

Give them another DID to forward to, then set that DID up as an ACD for example in your PBX, that forwards to your voice mail, then set up mailbox as needed.
