snow days message remote activation

Have small office using BCM 200, older software not accessed by element manager. They have autoattendant to answer lines in back-up and office closed situations. They have a message for inclement weather and would like to activate that message relotely for snow days. Does anyone have procedure to do this?

There is a modem in the front of the BCM they could dial into and make the change just as if you were there on site but very slow.
That would be the only way to change the greeting the way they want.But you can also call into the admin mail box 102, it has to be inialized first, this also changes the call pilots password.
When you call and get a greeting and press ** MBPSWD# press 99, You can open or close the business or RERECORD the greeting playing not change it to another greeting.
