SNMPwalk failure on NT 4.0

Installed SNMP on NT 4.0 server, reapplied 6A, rebooted the server, stopped and started the service, performed troubleshooting SNMP steps from technet and the snmpwalk response is:

"Error in packet.
Reason: (genError) A general failure occured
Failed object: .iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2"

Any ideas????
