Hi Guys,

I have just had an internal PEN test completed, one of the critical issues that has been flagged is the availability of the public SNMP community, I have created my own community and my monitoring software is using this but I cannot for the life of me work out how I remove the public and private default communities.

So my question is, how do I delete them? I have used the command "configure snmp delete community readonly public" but I get "Error: Cannot delete permanent community" I have checked the XOS guide and im still really stuck, we are running on XOS 12.03.16.

Thanks in advance.
