SNMP V1 on AIX 5.3

I use snmp V1 and I sent trap to a Netview server and everything is OK. But, running any snmpinfo command, it always return "No response" at the command line. Is it normal?

Example:
snmpinfo -m dump
snmpinfo -m get -v sysDescr.0 ifDescr.1

Any information will be appreciate.
