I have 2 8600s as an IST, so they are basically identical configurations. I have them both sending back traps to an ESM server version 6.0.1.
When I receive the traps, one of the 8600s resolves the MIBs automatically and the other does not. On one I get this:
Description : alarmIndex.2=2 , alarmVariable.2=rcSysLastChange.0 , alarmSampleType.2=deltaValue , alarmValue.2=6886000 , alarmRisingThreshold.2=100
but on the other I get this:
Description : alarmIndex.2=2 , alarmVariable.2=.1.3.6.1.4.1.2272.1.1.10.0 , alarmSampleType.2=2 , alarmValue.2=2100 , alarmRisingThreshold.2=100
What do I need to do to have everything report the resolved MIB name? in this case, rcSyslastChange?
