SNMP Remote Management

Hello,

I'm trying to manage multiple remote network devices over the Internet that have Dynamic WAN IP's. I have the option on syslog and SNMP but I'm not sure if it will work. I need to be able to have all of the devices report back to one server and so I will be able to know the WAN address at all times for remote management. Does anyone have any ideas how I would go about this using syslog or SNMP?

I got a DLINK to and on mine there is an option to use dynamic DNS ... you can register the device on e.g. dyndns.org and then find them by simple dns name resolution ...
