Hey guys,

Been looking around to see if there's anything to enable SNMP polling on IP sets - i2xxx or 1100 series. All I can find in the docs is that they can't send SNMP traps, but I was hoping they had some capability like the 9600 phones where if I happened to SNMP poll a data switch and learn that there's a few 1100 series sets on them, that I could then poll those phones and learn DN/TN or something.

Is there anything out there to talk to IP sets with SNMP?

dont think so but if you just want to produce details of data port etc you could get the MAC/Port details from the data switches and in 117 a locrpt all and you could then produce a report giving you Data port/MAC/DN/TN
