SNMP Network Monitoring

I am looking for a SNMP enabled Network Monitoring tool that will send alerts via email and sms and I would also like to to be able to grab information from cisco routers log and have the ability to graph it. Anyone have any suggestions to what I should look into I would only like to stick to windows products because that is what all our computers are currently running.

Try NetIQ. It is quite extensive, but will do exactly what you are asking for.

We're looking at Centennial Discovery at the moment, which is able to send alerts. Centennial is sold via resellers and retails at about £8/licence. There is a demo of their web browser on centennialonline.co.uk
