SNMP MIB-II agent Problem with NT SERVER

Hello,
I have a strange problem. I am using HP Openview to monitor MS Exchange servers. I receive the mta performance mib values. However, when i perform a snmpget/walk on .1.3.6.1.2.1.1 (internet.mgmt.mib-2.system) i got the msg "no mib object contained under subtree".

since the LAN Manager MIB-II agent for NT is installed automatically with SNMP agent.... what could be the problem. Or how do i repair/reload the MIB-II agent.
