Hi All,

i am new to nortel. i have live nortel 5510 and 8600 in my scnerio.
i have manage all these switches with IP MANAGER so that only specific IP will able to access it via ssh.

i also want to manage all 5510 and 8600 so that only specific IP will access these switches via SNMP. i need a help on configuration part so that only specific source ip will access 5510 and 8600 through SNMP

Here is an example of how to set this up.

ipmgr source-ip 1 192.168.45.0 mask 255.255.255.0
ipmgr source-ip 2 192.168.65.0 mask 255.255.255.0
ipmgr source-ip 3 192.168.91.104 mask 255.255.255.255
ipmgr source-ip 4 192.168.91.105 mask 255.255.255.255

This example allows any IP in the .45 or .65 to manage a switch. It also allows only .104 and .105 from the .91 network to manage a switch. I believe this will work for SNMP access, but I am not 100% certain. Post if this doesn't work and I will see what I can find out.
