Hi all.. back again

I've seen videos on how to set up FP Traps to SEND SNMP alarms.. but we have polling servers that I need to administer in the CM/AAM, etc.

I believe this is performed via the "Access" menu. Is this correct?

In the CM7 documentation it says to view the Avaya Aura Communication Manager SNMP Administration and Reference, 03-602013.

I can't find that document on the support site. If someone has that, will you send me the link pleeeeaase?

Its an old doc. But really, all you need to do is, in "access" on the webpage, define SNMP1/2/3, whether it allows certain or all IPs and a community and/or user/pass for snmpv3.

The SNMP stack in CM7 is very different from previous releases. You access it the same, but don't look for anything re: the g3mib.

CM 6.3.1 and beyond support the new stuff.
