SNMP and local printers

Hi there,

i am newby here in this forum and also in handling with SNMP.

Is there a possibility to get the information of printers that "talks" SNMP but are locally connected to pcs?

I heard something that i can ask the pc to get the informations of the printer.

What SNMP-settings do i have to set on the PC and on the Printer.
