SnifferBook with E1

I'm trying to test Sniffer book with E1 module in two configuration. Only using Coaxial Cable to connect to a Monitor Port on a CSU/DSU works but using coaxial cables to pass an E1 circuit through the Snifferbook failed?

Does anyone found the same problem?
What things should be concerned?
Please advise me also.

I met a similar problem before, and at that time, it is a snifferbook e1 module hardware problem. And later on, I found to use both pass through and isolated are very easy.

So if possible, identify whether this problem is hardware related or not, and then try the settings in Tools -> Options-> SnifferBook Configuration to set the proper parameters.
