Sniffer sees ISDN PRI frame but does not accept it.

Hi,

Sniffer is connected to Monitor D channel(#Ch 24)of ISDN PRI through T1-POD. Capture screen shows, Frames are Seen but Accepted 0. When capture is stopped and opened Display, It says no frame capture to display.
Capture filter is accept all.(I also tried disabling capture filter).

Frame Relay Capture & display works well.

Any suggestion is appreciated.
