sniffer reporter install 4.2

i tried to install sn rep 4.2 on several pc

i get the massage that uninstaller was not able to initialize and the programm ma not be uninstallable

the installation stops than and did not finished with the installation

i tried nt4sp6a with all recomendations
and also w2k sp1/sp2/sp3 ie 5.5sp1/sp2 ie6.0/sp1

thems the same procedure like every jear

has any one a sugestion ??

yes i have adminrights snpro is 4.7.5

I think, I can help you.
I had the same problems.
It lay, that I had the German version of WinNT .
The Sniffer Reporter can correctly be installed and used only under the English version of WinNT .

The error message you got during installing Sniffer Reporter can be fixed by the following:
(1) unistall Sniffer Portable,
(2) reinstall Sniffer in default directory, i.e. /Program Files/NAI/SnifferNT,
(3) install Sniffer Reporter, that's all.
