Using Sniffer Pro 4.5 and want to capture network stats every hour (for 10 minute period) for each day (Sun-Sat). Essentially 24 captures per day for a week.
Question: Is there specific ways to do multiple time/date triggers over one day or over a week to ensure the captures occur?
Set-up Configuration Used:
Have set-up multiple time/date start/stop paired triggers (24 entries in all with all days of weeks selected); however, Sniffer Pro seems to only randomly auto-fire and do the captures. Haphazardly is the way to describe.
We have made sure to input all the requests before selecting OK and having the triggers "mapped" to the capture module. However that didn't seem to make a difference. We do have the "repeat option" set for each hourly entry. We do go back under Capture on the Command Bar and note that the "cancel trigger" at end is there (instead of "set-up trigger", which leads us to believe the next trigger is valid.
Thanks
