sniffer 5.0 startup error

sniffer 5.0 and a cogent em110 and on startup I'm getting an error "address does not match address in configuration file". Do I need to set a line in the enparam file and if so what is the syntax?

I have DOS Ver. 5.5 and it gives : "Network Error - No port is available on the network card" . Any help would be welcomed.

msquared-> I assume you are using a LM2000 card:
This mostly has the following reason:
Corruption of the cfg file, or the NIC has become unseated or failed
To solve it do the following:
Try reseating card and checking the dipswitch settings on the LM2000 card. Default: IRQ 5, I/O 200 is switch 1-3 on, 4-5 off, 7-8 on. Default values must be set for DOS Sniffer to work. If this fails, delete the SIA software and reinstall.
If still fails you might have a faulty NIC card.
rasdebol->What system are you using? what NIC etc.?

Under Win NT, I have installed the previous version of Sniffer (3.0). Then upgraded to 4.5. Currently Im experiencing Sniffer.exe -application error. The instruction at "0x5f402593" referenced memory at "0x0000000". the memmory could not be "read."
Pls help.
