SNDR issue No failover

Hi All ,

I am new for SNDR please suggest on urgent basis
issue is as follows

We use the following commands to setup replication. "SAM1" and "SAM2" are two node names.
root@SAM1 # sndradm -e SAM1 /dev/vx/rdsk/datadg/dbvol /dev/vx/rdsk/datadg/dbvol-bitmap SAM2 /dev/vx/rdsk/datadg/dbvol /dev/vx/rdsk/datadg/dbvol-bitmap ip async
root@SAM1 # sndradm -m
The second command got the output: sndradm: warning: SNDR: Could not open file SAM2:/dev/vx/rdsk/datadg/dbvol on remote node

I'm afraid we use the wrong way to setup replication.
