Snapshots - Is a special File converter needed? 2

I would like to email snapshots of reports, but some recipients say they can not open the .snp attachment. Do IE and Netscape have the ability to open these files, and if not, is there shareware to download for those users.

People need the Snapshot Viewer program to read .SNP files and it is a free download from Microsoft's Web Site. The address is:
